Home Evaluation & Recommendation Report

This service is ideal for the "hands on" individual, who prefers to take on the staging responsibilities themselves. Our Professionals will go through your home, room by room, top to bottom, inside and out. We will compile a comprehensive recommendation report which will detail to you all that is required to effectively present your home at is absolute best
You only have one chance to make a first impression. Make it a good one!
Note: In the event that you decide you would prefer to hire the Staging services of Designing Spacez, a portion of the cost of the Recommendation Report would be applied to the Staging costs.
Home Styling / Real Estate Staging

Construction Division:

Designing Spacez is proud to announce it's newly expanded Construction Division. Our on site Journeyman Carpenter has over 25 years experience in Quality New Home and Renovation Construction, providing solid advice and workmanship you can count on regardless the size of the job.
What was pleasantly obvious to us was that her goal was not to spend as much of our money as she possibly could. She was able to identify the range of money we wanted to spend on different areas and gave us ideas to fit the budget...with absolutely no pressure to spend more.
Mike was equally as friendly and approachable. Mike put in hardwood floor, kitchen cabinets, and a back splash for us and coordinated the staining of the floors and the removal and re-installation of the granite in our kitchen. All the work he did was very well done and despite some minor delays that were not his doing he made every effort to complete the work as efficiently as possible.
Overall, a pleasurable experience working with Mike and Janet!!

Thanks to our vast experience and knowledge in the new home industry, we understand the difference between Real Estate Staging and Show Home Staging:
- Real Estate Staging is intended to produce a quick sale for top dollar for that particular home.
- Show home Staging is intended to produce multiple sales in various styles of homes for that particular builder.
Designing Spacez has both the knowledge and proven ability to accomplish both of these for you. We understand how the buyers' mind works, what they are thinking as they walk through a home. The furniture and accessories are set in just the way to showcase the best features of the house and all of its potential, as well as evoking confidence in the builder.
The professionals at Designing Spacez can take on the job of simply decorating the show home after completion of build or, we can work with the builder from conception to completion. Working within builders budgets, we can select layout and design of all elements within the house from cabinetry, flooring, fixtures and paint to furniture, art & accessories. Thereby producing a cohesiveness that sets your show home apart from the many others in the industry.

Note: Due to the extended length of time show homes remain open, Designing Spacez does not supply rental furnishings for these projects. We will happily work within Builders present supply and or budgets and purchase the furnishing/accessories required.
